  • Mismatch between Image and Real Product: We know that an image is worth a thousand words, but also that there may be mismatches between what is photographed and what is real. If the vehicle received does not conform to the images provided:

    • First, we urge the buyer and the seller to discuss and come to a mutual understanding.
    • If this agreement is reached, MundoCamiones.com will assist with any necessary modifications to the agreed terms.
    • However, if after 15 days there is no agreement, our team will step in to ensure a fair solution is found for both parties.
