7. By agreeing to post advertisements on the Owner’s websites, any Client confirms that the information and data in the mentioned advertisement are the property and responsibility of the mentioned Client. The Owner is not responsible for the content of the Client’s ad.
8. By agreeing to post advertisements on the Owner’s websites, any Client agrees that the Owner has the power to use all information contained in the Client’s advertisement in any manner intended for the promotion of this advertisement and also the Owner’s Websites, including, among others: publishing this advertisement on any Websites of the Owner and third-party websites, using this information in advertising campaigns, pay-per-click campaigns, social networks, etc. These are vehicles, descriptions, Customer details such as name, address, logos, etc.
9. The owner is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the incomplete publication of advertisements or by the use of this information by third parties.
10. These terms and conditions enter into force on 01.12.2022 and remain valid until canceled or modified by the Owner.
